Games in digital format:
For any purchase of a game or a monthly box, in digital format, the customer receives immediately at the email address provided an email containing as an attachment the game in PDF format.
Games in paper format:
For any purchase of a game or a monthly box, in paper format, the customer receives immediately at the email address provided an email of order confirmation. Within 24 hours maximum (except for pre-orders), the customer receives an email confirming shipment which contains the tracking number of his package. Each package is shipped with a tracking number. The customer receives his parcel within 5 to 7 working days, depending on the processing time of the different sorting centers and carriers.
