You will receive the Escape Box within 3 to 5 business days, either in your mailbox or at a pick-up point, depending on the delivery method selected during checkout.

There’s no strict limit on the maximum number of players or teams, but to ensure everyone has a great time, we recommend a maximum of 6 players.

Thanks to the various hint levels available on the "Spoiler Alert" page of our website, both teenagers and adults can complete the game.

We recommend our games for players aged 13-14 and up, with the guidance of an adult.

From 1 to 3 hours per game without using hints.  

The duration varies depending on the game's difficulty level and your determination. In total, the Escape Box offers you 10 hours of gameplay!

You have up to 24 hours after placing your order to cancel it.

After this time, the games will be processed and shipped to your address.

You have 30 days to return the complete Escape Box in its original packaging and condition.
